Please note: The Cayman Islands Government Office in the UK are in discussions with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office to confirm whether Cayman British Airways flights will be impacted by new national lockdown measures coming into force in England this Thursday 5 November 2020. I am overseas and wish to go home, what do I do?

If you wish to be considered on an upcoming limited availability flight contact the Travel Cayman team.

 

 

How much luggage can I take on the airbridge from the UK?

This changes for each flight, you will be advised at the time of booking.

 

Can I bring my pets on the airbridge?

This changes for each flight, you will be advised at the time of your enquiry, and as information is released about upcoming airbridges.

 

 

What will I have to do when I arrive home?

You will be required to isolate for a minimum of 14 days at a Government isolation facility. More information can be found at the RETURNING HOME FROM OVERSEAS PAGE HERE.

 

Can I book a return Airbridge ticket?

All Airbridge tickets are one way. If you wish to be considered on an upcoming limited availability flight contact the Travel Cayman team.

 

How do I get a refund from BA for a cancelled flight?

Contact British Airways Customer Service for advice on your cancelled flight 0344 493 0787 or through their website or social media channels.

 

Can my BA flight tickets be transferred to an airbridge flight?

No, these are charter flights and cannot be transferred from commercial flight bookings.

 

Is the CIGOUK office open?

The office is currently operating on a remote working model, all staff will be working remotely and not in the physical office premises. CIGO-UK is fully equipped to work remotely and remains fully operational with no disruption to services.

 

How can I speak to a CIGOUK representative?
