Cayman Islands Inter-Island Travel Guidance
This section covers information relating to travel between Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman in regards to COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands.
Inter-Island Travel
Inter-island travel between Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman is possible. Flights are provided by Cayman Airways.
- There are no restrictions on inter-island travel for fully vaccinated persons nor unvaccinated persons.
- Unvaccinated persons are required to produce a negative PCR or certified LFT taken no earlier than the day prior to departure.
- Unvaccinated travellers under the age of 18 are not required to undergo testing if they are accompanied by an accompanying person who has completed and approved vaccine course at least 14 days prior to the accompanying person’s date of travel.
- Travellers under the age of 5 are not required to undergo testing.

In-transit travel
All travellers age 5 and over must provide a negative result from a PCR or antigen-detecting rapid diagnostic test taken no earlier than the day before departure* when travelling to the Cayman Islands.
*“departure” includes the departure of any connecting flights where the duration of the layover is no more than twelve hours.
